Option 1: Measure a ring you own
Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to wear it on. Measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in millimeters. Find the closest number in the Inner Diameter column.
Option 2: Measure your finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters. Find the closest number in the Circumference column.
Tips for an accurate fit
◆ Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest
◆ Avoid measuring when your hands are cold
◆ Make sure it can slide over your knuckle
◆ Between two sizes? Choose the larger one
◆ Wide bands fit tighter, so consider going up half a size
