The terms that guide every order, custom design, and appointment with SARA, written as clearly as we could.

01Overview
This website is operated by Sara Trade LLC, doing business as SARA ("SARA," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
02Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the site.
03Products and Materials
We describe our materials as accurately as possible, including metal type (925 sterling silver, 10K or 14K gold) and stone type (moissanite, cubic zirconia, or natural diamond). Moissanite and cubic zirconia are not diamonds, and are clearly labeled as such.
Handcrafted jewelry may vary slightly in weight, color, and finish from the images shown. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen. Measurements and weights listed are approximate.
04Pricing and Availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.
05Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and contact information.
06Custom Designs and Personalized Items
Custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are made to your specifications. Once you approve the design and pay the deposit, production begins.
Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary.
07Sizing
Please confirm your ring and chain sizes before ordering. Resizing requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
08Appointments
Private appointments at our East Cobb studio are by reservation only. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
09Returns, Refunds and Shipping
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery times, shipping costs, and risk of loss are governed by our Shipping Policy.
10Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, photos, videos, logos, and text, is owned by Sara Trade LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
11Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose; to infringe on intellectual property rights; to submit false information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to scrape, spam, or collect personal information of others; or to interfere with the site's security.
12Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sara Trade LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sara Trade LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
16Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
