Terms of Service – Sara Wholesale Supply

By placing an order with Sara Wholesale Supply, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Wholesale Eligibility
Our products are intended for business-to-business (B2B) resale only. Customers must provide a valid resale certificate or business license if requested.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and approved financing methods. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all in-stock orders placed before 4 PM EST the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. A restocking fee (20%) may apply. Custom, resized, or plated items are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

5. Product Availability & Pricing
Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any pricing errors or discontinued products.

6. Limitation of Liability
Sara Wholesale Supply is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, product images, and branding are property of Sara Wholesale Supply and may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
