Return and Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy:
1. You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange most items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original and unworn condition.
2. Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Before initiating a return or exchange, contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is necessary and should be clearly mentioned on the outside of the return shipment.
3. Once we receive the returned product, our dedicated team will carefully assess its condition. Based on our evaluation, we will make a decision to either replace or refund the item. Note that the final decision rests with Sara Jewelry.
4. Non-Returnable Items: We regret to inform you that worn or used items are non-returnable and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include engraved, personalized, photo, monogram, name and initial, as well as clearance/closeout items. We kindly ask you to carefully review your purchase and ensure its suitability before completing the transaction for these specific items.

Return or Exchange Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return or exchange.

Return Shipping Guidelines:
To ensure the safe and proper handling of your return use the original box that your order was received in for returning the item. Alternatively, you may also use a bubble or padded envelope to package the return. Avoid Loose Items in Envelopes, refrain from sending any loose items in a regular paper envelope. These envelopes are prone to ripping and may result in the loss or damage of the enclosed product. We cannot be held responsible for envelopes received without the product inside.

Return to Sender Clerifications:
Be aware that 'Return to Sender' is not an authorized return method. Any shipping charges incurred in the process will be the responsibility of the sender.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) deliveries.
We strongly recommend using insured parcel post or priority mail for your return shipment.
